The factory sunroof on the my 93 leaks. I recently replaced the retaining bolts/washers that hold it through the glass, and the glass to body weatherstirping. I still have a small leak coming from the clip holders seen here

Im no expert, but i was thinking I could use that gasket stuff that comes in the tube to seal them up but I didnt want to mess them up if that wouldn't work.

someone must have info on how to fix this problem/had the same problem

EDIT. I just reread your post.

Yes, you can seal them up. I personally would remove them, clean off the old gasket material and reseal them completely with some clear RTV (don't overtighten them, mine were brittle) Also while your headliner is off, verify your four drain hoses are on tight, not cracked, and cleared from debris and can drain freely. With those yellow things sealed and the hoses draining properly, the roof will never leak into the car regardless of the condition of the sunroof gaskets.

PS...
About your headliner. If you are going to be searching for one, let me know if you find a replacement that has the vinyl material like the original cars with a sunroof had. I gave up looking and eventually bought an ABS headliner with cloth material already attached. It works and looks fine but I really want the original style material.

Are you looking for a vinyl head liner ? Those are nice ive only seen it on one mustang it was on a 1986 t-tops. Do they make them for 91 stang gt with out the sunroof ? i think that would look great in my car over the cloth

Thank you thank you!!! +1 to the reps.

Ill pull them all the way off tomorrow and try to seal them up. I had already checked the drip channels and after replaceing all the through glass hardware ran up to the carwash to see where else it was leaking.

as for the headliner the one I took out was a bad replacment with cloth. I was looking at getting just the ABS one like you had (missed a brand new one on ebay by one dollar $76!!). I did see someone who made custom ones on ebay, but Im not sure if they were the vinyl ones or not, I'll have to check.

Thanks again!!!
