I tell you my numbers, a dyno sheet was in my car when i bought it. 375 BHP and 386 BTQ. Those are at the crank. I'm guessing im pushing around 330 hp and 340 tq at the wheels. If you already have the blower and don't feel like messing around and trying to sell it for a T-trim or paxton, then if you don't already, get yourself a 90mm MAF from a Ford Lightning, some 42# injectors and a big ol' fuel pump. After i do this, i should be close to 400 hp at the wheels at around 9-10 psi of boost which is a lot for a stock bottom end 2v. The only other mods i have are ford racing headers, jba o/r h-pipe, magnaflow catback, cold air intake, upgraded intercooler pump, upgraded heat exchanger with fans and a tune. My s/c has also been port matched to my lower plenum and blueprinted. You should be looking at around 330-350 depending on what other mods you may have. But if you're bone stock, i'd say around 300.
