Who can get deeper? (Also check out this exhaust...)

I'm looking at exhaust sytems for my 99. Louder is fine, but I'm more interested in getting and exhaust that is DEEP with little or no gurgling. I'm also not looking to break the bank. I have a guy around here that will install Flowmasters, at reasonable price. But I haven't really heard any flows I thought were real deep sounding (maybe I just haven't heard the right ones). Magnaflows sound pretty good, and Bassani sounds nice... But I don't want to drop 600+ on a catback.

I've seen a bunch of threads on Exhaust, but most are centered around loudness. Mean, Deep tone is what I'm after. Is that even possible on a budget?

Also, check this out:

It actually sounds nice. http://media.putfile.com/SSS-Catback-2003-Mustang-GT

Thoughts?

Thanks all.

Hmm... o/r anything would be tough, as I live in taxachusetts and inpections are typically thorough. Are the stock cats highflow? would an aftermarket H with highflow cats deepen the sound at all?

Let me ask this too, the local shop will cutout my old mufflers and install anything I want. Is there a downside to this? It looks like most catbacks I've seen keep the same pipe diameter anyway?? The quality of this guys work is phenomenal, so I'm not worried about that. It will save me a bit of $$ doing it this way.
