Exactly. At least we were granted a fair winter, at least for us down here on the shoreline. I didn't think my apartment search through very well. Our parking lot ices over so fast and there is constantly water running down and through it. And the only way to into the complex is down one of two extremely steep hills. Whoops! Lol
