Dont take it the wrong way bc im not purposely trying to be an ass but really if you can afford $1k plus in parts/labor whats another $20 if that a month in gas?

dropping cams in your dd and being worried about gas is kind of like going to a whore house and asking what your chances are of catching crabs. build yourself a green rod if 20 bucks a month is going to cut into your ramen noodles budget.

if ud read my last post ud have realized 1 its not 20, itll be about 40-60, 2 id asked for no more opinions just numbers

1. I wasnt bashing you incase you may have thought that. Im not too sure how familiar you are/how much you read the stuff I say. Usually I just throw it out there plain and simple so im not writing a book. Therefor sometimes I do seem like an ass, and im sorry if I did. Referring to what I said about about im not too sure how familiar you are with reading what I type but very rarley do I go around here and purposely bash people.

2. With that being said in the first post I told I you I lost right around 1mpg if that with all my mods combined. Its a given that youre gonna lose some but as long as youre not driving like an idiot and going wot all the time it shouldnt be anything too major.

i have these cams and 4.10s i get 23mpg highway and around 12-14mpg city i know i dont have stock gears or 373s but hope this helps a little

i have the hitech stage 2s and 3.73s and i get 15mpg in the city, not sure about highway though sorry...i imagine its around 22 or so.

i cant imagine your mpg would change much... just remember, a lot of stage 2 cams run "less" efficient at low idle... that why the motor gets that cam lope to the idle... the cam is designed (at least for our cars) to produce good power in the top of te power band...
although cruising driveability wont be effected, the stock cam has a much more "cruise/low rpm" friendly design to it..
