i love you! how much was your set?
Easy Young One, let's not get too deep here. I can't remember, but they were very inexpensive. I want to say around $40 but don't quote me on that. I got them on ebay from some ricer store out of SoCal I think. I'll try and find out when I get home and look through the shoebox of receipts.

Changed out the stock GT badges for some 1966 GT badges, Thanks to heavy gt for the inspiration. I think they look good and unique, make my brakes pop a little more. Here are a few pics (car is dirty), ill have more after this weekend at the Car show.

Thanks, next thing i need to copy from you is your hood :drool

It looks good man! .. especially with the Red calipers. I was in the same boat as you and had to do something to make it flow better. Good work!

They are OEM seats.
Thanks, and yea i got tired of the stock GT stuff. I almost got badges that said NaztyPappy but i thought better of it ;) :D

looks great. big improvement over the stock badge. details that mustang peepo would recongnize.

I did this same mod on my car a couple of years ago. They are reproductions from Scott Drake. Go to their website for your closest dealer that can order them for you. What I did was take some pliers and snap off the pins. Mix up some 5 minute epoxy and fill the back side of the emblem with it until it's level with the edges. After that, apply the 3M two sided tape. Have somebody hold the emblem over your fender until it's positioned where you want it, then while they hold it there put masking tape around the emblem to mark the border. Peel the plastic off of the two sided tape and stick them inside of the predetermined taped area. Use a hair dryer to heat the fender and emblem up before attaching it and continue to hold it down tightly until everything is back to normal temperature.

Here's mine
