So I have a 2007 GT with a Roush Supercharger with a 2.57 pulley, stock TB, steeda cold air intake, HT0 plugs and stock exauhst except magna flow mufflers. I'm going to be upgrading to a gt500 pump but need help on deciding on 47lb or 80 injectors. Would 47lb be over loading the duty cycle of the injectors? Also not sure on the HP out put of the 4.6 Roush with 8-9lbs boost.

I thought the m90 kit comes with injectors from roush. I didn't know they re-use the stock ford injectors. Either way 39lbers and a BAP (kenne bell boost a pump) will be more than adequate for that particular supercharger.

Why do you want to go with GT500 fuel pumps? With your set-up the OEM fuel pumps are more than adequate. If you want to add a little cushion you should just upgrade the wiring and it'll gain you an additional 10% duty cycle. Here is a link to what I'm talking about.

There is no real need to upgrade the injectors either. I think you should check out FnSweet.com. It's a site devoted to Roush cars and modifications, you'll see a lot of cars running the same set-up without any issues.

If you have some money burning a hole in your pocket, we can spend it for you in the right way! :D

Unless you converted to e85;)
Even than 60 # injectors are probably more in line.
