Im guessing you can not do a cam swap yourself ?
So under 500 is impossible
If you can, then maybe its possible.

shouldnt you buy new retainers as well when buying new springs? or is it really not that necessary?

Sorry guys retainers as well.. I believe mike just used GT retainers where as I bought a new set from comp.. Both did the job
Edit: stock lifters are fine... Always a good thing to upgrade if your high mileage but I wouldn't say it's a must-do
Also I have been reading and talking to my buddy who also did a cam swap.. For the intake the pushrods need to be longer or you will get rocker chatter..
That info came straight from comp.
I checked my heads today and the intake valves had more valve lash... Weird huh

I believe the ls2 takeoffs go for that. Otherwise the 26915/918 can be had for around 130.can u link the springs you got for 70
