I like the stealthyness of your install...you still need a bunch of 2 pounders under the passenger side seat though hahah

just get all the goodies and you'll be fine...

that nitrous controller will only let it spray from 3k to 6k...and only when the tps voltage gets so high...so no puddling issues

and it will shut the nitrous off if the a/f goes below 10.0 or above 13.5 so it can't run lean.
13.5:1 on nitrous is lean...very lean.

yeah i brought the max afr down to 12.9 and min afr to 10.9

its currently at about 11.1:1 at wot on spray

btw, i tried to make a vid but it sucked. if you wanna know what the speedo looks like, just look at baznasty daves speedo vid. looks pretty much exactly the same. except my car somehow dead hooks in first gear from a roll on the spray...on 275 nitto drag radials...

anyway, i'm really hoping i'm gonna be able to make it to a dyno tomorrow to see how much this thing is making...so hopefully i'll be updating with numbers and a chart

Looks like you mounted your bottle sideways, that's not good.

You want to mount your bottle in line with the car so when it gets low the pickup tube stays in the liquid. With it mounted sideways the liquid in the tank will get pushed to the side of the tank.

Welcome to the darker of the dark side!! Mmmuuuaaahhhh.....

I was going to say the same thing about the bottle being sideways, bu someone beat me to it. I don't know for sure about the mounting situation, but just from thought of how the bottle is set up the BEST way to set it up is the be inline with the car, but under good pressure it wouldn't matter. From experience, when you get low and the pressure doesn't want to build much any more with a heater, it will matter to get the last little bit out.

PS. When you purge on a low tank and it doesn't spray out that white purge cloud, doesn't automaticly mean you are out, but low for sure. I can purge and visually see anything, but still feel the hit if I arm the system.

PPS, I too have done the samething as far as not arming the system and thinking I should feel that big hit, or better yet have someone in the car and tell them here is all motor and here is nitrous and it felt the same as before, then realize you forgot to hit one little switch to start the show.

I noticed you welded your subframe connectors along the whole connector. How come it doesnt say to do that in the instructions? Im sure thats the best way, right?
I only had mine welded in like two to three inch sections along the whole subframe, and welded completely where I bolts up, but I see no real disadvantage to welding the whole thing completely. Just added reenforcement as long as they were welded up while still under load.

Now all you need is the auto opener and you can sit, relax, and pilot your rocket around the compition, unless they have a D1SC or some rediculous amount of power.

I've gotten to where I leave my bottle open and heater on since it is wired to only be on when the car is on so it is warming and ready any time the car is on. I'm taking a chance though that the solenoids don't leak into the intake while I'm away, but I don't have the plastic intake any more either.

I would remount the bottle to be faced where the valve is closest to the front of the car...

On accleteration, it will allow the nitrous from the G's of the car to go to the bottom of the bottle where the pickup is. You will stay more constant this way in your pressures, when you start getting low. The way it is set up you can only use less than half a bottle if that, without it changing too much and dropping lots of pressure from beginning of a run to the end.

i'm gonna try it for a bit and if i need to change then i'll mount it with the top of the bottle right behind the back seat.
There should have been a diagram in your install instructions that showed which way to face the bottle depending on mounting position. You can mount a nitrous bottle several different ways depending on the position of the siphon tube

11.1 would be about right. 11-11.5 is usually safe for power adders. Much more than that and you will end up with scrap metal for engine parts.

Yeah buddy! Now were gonna have to meet up one day @ Shady Side and pit the CMS against the Hightech Cams, and just for kicks n giggles run em on the spray as well. As for my speedo vid just click the link under my sig and look through my vids its on there somewhere, car was stock with a 75 shot back then.
