Yeah Ive seen em used for $75-115

It's the inside rib? Mine was on the outside (toward the radiator). I wish I knew more about Vortech's. The way a ProCharger mounts, I can put shims up by the head unit or pulley, or I can put shims down lower on the mount. If you are wearing out the inside rib then the pulley is too far out. For me to adjust that I would have to put a washer on the lower bolt of the ProCharger bracket which is actually attached to an idler pulley.

The alignment is dead on. Ive checked it with a straight edge countless and numerous times.

Come to think of it, keeping it simple here, on of the pulleys was squeaking, Im almost positive its the tensioner pulley. Ill check it out friday. So a day or 2 after I hear the squeaking, the belt tears a rib. Whats that saying? "K.I.S.S" meaning keep it simple stupid.

It must be the tensioner pulley. Just thinking about it, it has to be. Im gonna say **** it, replace the tensioner and put a Gatorback 107.38 belt on there. It should be fine.

Lol. Not even belt slip, belt shred. Another way to resolve the belt issue

Between a 2.8 and 3.2. Have any?

I have a couple of RR pulleys, but I'm not sure if they are for a Procharger or a Vortech. I can check tonight when I get home. IIRC, one is a 2.6" 6 rib and one is a 3.33" 8 rib.
