Not really sure, to be honest, as much as I'd like to be buying, I'm stuck renting until I can get some debt paid off. I think it's fairly typical Cali pricing, though; min $200k to get into anything, $300k to get into a 3bd/2ba that's in a halfway decent neighborhood.

I have been thinking about Seattle, I am not real happy with the 100 degree days we have here and the older I get the more I hate the heat. Yes we have thought about leaving California but we are not sure where yet. Do not like Tornados or Hurricans much.

chico was a great place to visit but not a good place to live. i live back in redding now. very nice with big shasta lake here, whiskeytown lake, mt shasta and lassen. alot of hunting, camping and fishing here too. and still got a little scene for people in the 20s. chico would be better to live around the mall rather than party central

I will check out Sequim but that is about 9 years from now. I should drive up to Chico and check it out, never really been to the univ or the town much always drive by it.

Well, I have the yellow 2001 right now and I just won the 99-2004 class at the Bay Area Mustang Associaition car show, one of the biggest shows in the California Bay Area. So I should fit in. I like all Mustangs anyway. If the 2014 Mustang looks as good as the shows models I have noticed maybe by then I will have a new Mustang. Thank you so much. By the way do you have a Mustang Club up in Redding? If there is not a club established up there I would be interested in joining together to help you get one started up there. You could even use the site I have and the shirts and stuff I have for members, I can add anything I want to the shirts pretty easy. Thanks again for checking out my site, I am happy you checked it for errors I needed someone to do that.

i dont have one yet, trying to start one. i have a good amount of people from here and red bluff. do you have a facebook so i can add u to the group? groups called Redding Mustangs

I do have a facebook account but hardly use it. I will find out what the link is and send it to you. Sounds like you are ready to start a club already. If you like you could easily use my club name and join up and run it on your end as you need to. Thats if you want that. I think you have already done a lot of the hard work just getting people together.
