Had my NXT Step performance header-back kit installed at a shop yesterday. Went together very well and sounds amazing, just needs to be broken in a bit to get rid of the extra rasp. How much power do you think this will gain me? Its a full 3" in system with an o/r x-pipe and single chamber mufflers? I'll post some vids in a bit. :D

i'm doubtful that its a single chamber
i seen the pics of it, looks like a 2 chamber or possibly a straight thru like a magnaflow muffler.
i doubt someone would sell a true single chamber in a kit. thats like a 10 series flowmaster or a cherry bomb extreme. although cherry bomb does make a single chamber axleback.
single chambers are super loud. almost like a LM.

In all honestly you prolly lost a little torque and maybe gain 10-15 hp but I want vids meow

How do you lose torque and gain HP? HP is just another way to express torque, which is power. HP = Torque x RPM /5250. You can't increase HP without increasing RPM's or torque. It's simple math. Since the OP is not increasing his engine red line, he has to increase torque to get more HP. Make sense?

I see what your saying, I just figured with the 3in piping it might lose some tq
