It wasn't to bad the cruse control shut off was all there for the clutch pedal and the neutral safety switch wires were there to the only rewiring I had to do was the revers lights and speed sensor but all the wire colors were the same from the auto to the manual and the rest was all time consuming stuff. I am a tech at a local used car lot so I had a lift and all my tools so it was nice.
 
Finally, someone swaps from auto TO a manual :woot

curious how you are gonna fix the computer. We swapped a auto to a manual but used a manual computer+speed-o and then got a tune to get it working right.

I am pretty sure you need it tuned at least
 
pics and any tips or helpful info would be nice. my auto is almost done with 225k miles and i am seriously considering a manual swap. i will never have enough power to where i NEED an auto and a manual is more fun :).
 
I swapped auto to manual a yr ago and am 100% happier. Also went from running 13.6x with the auto to 13.1x with the manual:3gears. Not to mention its just a hell of alot more fun to drive.
