colors dont run here! hahaha

The GMC has a vette engine/tranny with an edelbrock top end kit on it. He said it will roast them in at least 1st and 2nd, he uses a ratchet shifter to do so.
I just have a normal 302 with weiand intake and edelbrock carb with a T5 behind it.

He runs pypes violator exhaust and I run modded roush mufflers. GMC is on 17s and I run on 15s, the frame on the GMC is notched to drop it enough.

I think the question everyone is thinking of, but won't ask is....

How the HELL do you all afford such nice cars? I mean... you've got some badass rides there. Rides that some people will never even have the chance of owning even one... let alone all 5 of them!

What I am trying to say is... tell you Dad to adopt me... I can polish all the rides!

... all 5? lol

well i'll start off by saying we arent rich although everyone think we are. dont get me wrong my dad makes a pretty good salary but the only reason we were able to afford these cars is because of two reasons. the first is that our family owns a construction company, and my dad had to pay 1 cent for our entire house and property. my grandparents had a good amount of land that used to have alot of crops on it and when they got older they stopped farming the land and separated it into sections for my dad, my uncle, and my great aunt and uncle. all they had to do was pay the smallest amount of money to make the transaction. and then from construction sites we always save whatevers left and still usable, and from those extras and a few more materials my dad and the rest of the family built our house. The second reason is just the fact we dont just go out and buy the first thing we see. we look for good deals. for instance, i was 17 when i bought that mustang by myself. it only had 20k on it. It was in a fender bender and had a new bumper installed but it still drives straight as an arrow. we knew the dealer and i took it off the lot for $13,500. Because we didnt have house payments to make back in the day my dad bought a lamborghini coutach for 60k which he later traded straight up for the viper which turned out to be worth a lot more. the challenger was the most recent buy and they run around 48k brand new after tax and tags. i looked all over the internet for about 4 months till i found that one with 350 miles on it for 38k just because it was titled once and the owner decided he didnt want it.
