I saw this thread over in the sixxer section, figured we could make one over here. If your like me I get on here to see what other people do to there mustangs to get ideas of what to do to mine (and like to look at pictures!). Anything from performance mods to custom painting in the interior could be thrown around here. I will start it off... I added SLP Loudmouth exhaust to my 2008 GT over the weekend, I will add pics tomorrow!

I have driven my GT about 1000 miles in the last 24 hours just in DFW. She has really proven her self in many settings. Had 4 guys in it tonight, quite comfortable when compared to the previous SN chassis or camaros, etc,etc. I could not be happier with it.
I jumped it at 106 mph this afternoon about 3-4 ft high (giggling the whole time) with a soft landing (no bump stop impact). And took my nephew drifting on the back roads on the way to dinner.
Then drove a friends 427R Roush. FRPP Hot Rod cams, kooks LT's, etc,etc. Boy talk about a joy ride to remember.... As the mid pipe decided to come loose at 6400 rpms going into 3rd gear. The owner simply said "not again!"
Then drove another S197 GT to see if I liked the Hurst Short throw. Boy did I like that!!!
What a great weekend! Now back to New Orleans tomorrow.
Geez these S197's can wear many hats!

I'm taking it to my buddy's shop and tearing it down this week. Hopefully I caugh it soon enough. I'll be replacing all followers and lifters if that's what's causing the tick.
