p.s. How could she tell you she loved you when her mouth was full? lol
Because it was full to begin with! Actually, I could be wrong. The old 'lass might have been saying "my god this is huge". It was sort of hard to tell.

FastFox, Glad to hear the dealer is taking care of you as they should. Does your car have an oil pressure gauge or just the warning light? And, What's wrong with an automatic?

Sucks to hear this!

Glad you are getting taken care of at least.

Do you have a gauge pod?

Just like a pre-flight check, all of my gauges have to be within norm before I even pull her out of the garage. No oil pressure, oh yeah something is wrong here.

What a PITA to have to go back to stock, you should ask them to put forged internals in if you supplied them.
Then you can really crank up that boost when she's flight worthy again!

Just an update for you guys. With alot of work, I got my car stripped back to stock this weekend and the dealers come to tow it back to then today. They said the new motor is coming in on weds and should have it back by the weekend. But we'll see what they actually come through on. To answers your guys questions. I do have guages, but I was driving into the sun on the expressway and could see any of them untill I have them with my hand. Theres nothing wrong with an automatic just not my preferance, Im a 5-speed kind of guy. I will keep you guys updated on any new news...

That's what I was afraid of. Having to look down into the hole to see the gauges sucks. I hardly ever peer into it. I like the retro styling of my car, but I wish Ford would have gone with a modern instrument cluster.

dont know if it was mentioned or not but doesnt the sc run off the same oil in a custom tap fashion if so u get a new engine, s/c, and the installation coast which ur not gonna pay for so u can buy forged internals so technically u could luck out

Like I said before, prochargers are sell contained so there was no damage to the S/C. On a positive note, I now have a shelf in my garage that has 180 hp, I should let it go out and race some hondas. BTW its not really all that fast on the install. I think a motor swap pays like 16 hrs and most techs can beat flat rate so its feasable to be up, running, and home on sat.

Trust me fellows I havent forgot nor did I expect you too. I have been practicing ( lots and lots of reverse and neutral drops ). There was some event going on this weekend out at the stadium. I will get out there with a cheap hooker to video tape me before I turn the car back in... How do you put a video on youtube or whatever one most people use?
