took off my blower a while back went back to 24lbs injectors, can, stock MAF lefts the 255lph fuel pump and external fuel pump because I'm gonna put the blower back in december. I had ford reflash to get rid of the blower tune. I read the codes today and said it was running too lean and the idle is off. what causes this and what can i do about it? appreciate the help

Must not be reflasheed then . Can you verify the AFR ?

Stock Maf...24s? Stock injectors are 19s. You should be running rich...but yeah. Something is off.
Very possible ford didn't reflash it. If I was home, id tell you to send the ECU to me and Id reflash it to stock for you.

It should bring it back to stock and everything should be good. I don't know what the problem is. If you have stock maf and injectors and tune in it...then it should work.
