04 GT Automatic: 4.30's w/ Stall Convertor or 4.10's?

yeah my mpg isn't the greatest. i don't do much interstate but it seems to get better on the hwy versus around town. probably about 20 on the hwy driving about 70-75.

Thats great mileage, I cant seem to keep my right foot under control, it keeps having spasms LOL.

3.73's+10" 3800 stall in my 01 gt...love it dd's fine...will take getting used to stall makes the car ride like it dont know what it's doing till it gets up in speed/tall speed a lil bit at times

Thanks for the helpful info, guys. I think I'll just go with 4.10's and eventually get a jmod. I have 275/40's on the back and Im getting 295's soon so my wheel spin shouldnt be to bad from a dig. Anyone around GA that can help me install gears for a reasonable price?

Where in Georgia? Kurgan Motorsports is in Atlanta and can do it for a resonable price.

Going from 275 to 295 is not going to help with traction unless the rubber itself is softer and stickier. Kurgan motorsports has a gear sale going on so you might give them a cal as blow stand also suggested.

I'm located in Griffin, GA. My new tires will be soft, believe I'll go with nitto 555's or G-Force's.
