I saw this thread over in the sixxer section, figured we could make one over here. If your like me I get on here to see what other people do to there mustangs to get ideas of what to do to mine (and like to look at pictures!). Anything from performance mods to custom painting in the interior could be thrown around here. I will start it off... I added SLP Loudmouth exhaust to my 2008 GT over the weekend, I will add pics tomorrow!

Compounded, polished, washed and waxed top to bottom. Spent about 6 hours total.

BIGCHRISS197 Looks good man!! What compound/polish did you use? I've got to do mine, black paint got sooo many little scratches over the "winter".
Mikey, I like the roush grille, I think you should see if you can fit the fog lights behind it, do the hidden look. Not that it looks bad now it looks awesome, I just think the hidden lights would be sahweeet

I started with meguiars ultimate compound(amazing stuff) and kept going over it with that until majority of the surface scratches were gone, then switched over to meguiars finishing polish and did that by hand until I was satisfied, then just used the car was cleaning stuff, and finally several coats of mrguiars caranuba wax. I've never seen the paint so deep and clear
Yeah I like it but at same time I cant run hiddens cause I have my lower fogs in already, its too many lights lol

I wonder how it would be to pull apart a headlight and spray the chrome bucket part with some black crome paint. that should still project the light i would think.

Got my gt500 spoiler on and took my CS side stripes off. Needed an eraser wheel to get the adhesive off. That was nerve racking but it came out ok. Getting ready to wash it. Was going to wax it but remembered that the bumper and fender was just painted a couple weeks ago.
