I saw this thread over in the sixxer section, figured we could make one over here. If your like me I get on here to see what other people do to there mustangs to get ideas of what to do to mine (and like to look at pictures!). Anything from performance mods to custom painting in the interior could be thrown around here. I will start it off... I added SLP Loudmouth exhaust to my 2008 GT over the weekend, I will add pics tomorrow!

The drop makes it PERFECTAnd I thought 245/45/18 was getting on "too short" at 26.7" diameter... 245/35/18 is way too short for these cars.

Kinda nervous about my eventual switch to coilovers... the coilover set I'm looking at has a minimum drop of an 1.5"F and 1.75" rear =\ I don't want that far of a drop to begin with so I'm asking if I can use taller coilover springs to get back to AT MOST 1.25"F 1.5"R.

Aimed at me? Yeah, it isn't huge, max width for the class I race in is 265 on a 9" wide rim. Any diameter is acceptable, however I don't plan on going larger than 18" if I can avoid it. 265 isn't that wide either for this car either considering the fronts will swallow 315 wide racing tires and the rears 345 wide racing tires with the proper wheels in the rear but it is what I'm stuck with before jumping into the land of "Dominated by 2011+ Mustangs on 315mm wide gumball tires" that is the next class up.
I should also add that those 245 wide tires are allowing me to pull ALMOST 1.3 lateral g's... so....... yeah.
