Checked ccrm? Jumped the connection at the compressor to see if clutch engages? I've seen more ccrm's go out rather than the compressor taking a crap

ill try that. my only thing is somebody has put uv die in it once before and now the whole bottom of the compressor is covered in the die. that wasent ther before. it all leaked out somehow

jump the low pressure switch, if the clutch kicks in then its either low on freon or the low pressure switch is bad. If you jump it and the clutch doesnt kick on, then the ccrm is more than likely bad. Just went thru this with mine.

If the switch is new and its leaking out around the compressor I would check and make sure the switch didn't blow out the back. Sometimes if the ring is not perfect in the groove it will build pressure and blow out enough, and leak. Good luck!

This. I have been through this with 2 fords, and this was always the fix. (Low pressure switch)

If the clutch engages when putting power directly to it than that usually points to the ccrm. The relay in that is probably done

is it bolted to the passenger side fender. with a 30 amp fuse above it?

ok. ill give it a look. thanks alot bro

it's on the fender side just rear of where the airbox is, or where your cai goes through the hole into the fender. you can probably see it if you look behind the wheel well plastic. i had to replace mine. was doing same thing yours is. everything worked, compressor just wouldn't kick on. it was a pain to swap just cuz it was hard to get to. other than that it just plugs in and screws down.
