Man I haven't been on here in way too long.

Last weekend I moved from New Orleans to DFW. Its great to be home. I had a 26ft uhaul with the GT being pulled behind it. We left New Orleans as the sun set, and pulled into Fort Worth as it was rising.

Then I took a trip down south for the weekend. I was stopped my a trooper for no front license plate going there. And on the way back, for the same violation.

The second trooper laughed when I handed him the warning slip from the previous day, and when he asked for my insurance card, I had to tell him that the other trooper never returned it to me. :( He apologized (and laughed) for the other troopers negligence. :p

maybe a dumb question, but my state doesnt require front plates...does that mean that i could get stopped in a state that does require it? well i mean, duh i could get stopped, but i wonder if thats actually an offense there? :dunce:

Nope, you would be fine.
Thanks!!
thats kinda what i was thinking...but didnt know since my state doesnt require me to bore holes in my front end. lol

IMHO, I think you definitely need some sort of chin now with that spoiler the car looks to have a hellacious over bite.
Haha yeah, I'm heading over to the dealership and picking up a GT500 front splitter on the 15th.

That's cool. I was gonna see if you wanted to grab a beer this week, but that's fine too.

Gave up on the damn thing. Said F*&^! it and called the tow truck. Going to the shop where they can get it done in a quarter of the time it would take me to finish it. Should have known better than to do brake lines, pads, rotors, new k-member, radiator support and turbo system and think I could have it done in a couple weekends. Hoping to have it back by next week.

:puke

For the love of God and all that is Holy, clean your ****ing gauges!
I know. I'm finally done working for the summer. Full clean inside and out coming soon. Its all the dust from the summer has built up. But that's besides the point

I figured. When I used to drive a Caddy, it was spotless 99% of the time, but that other 1% of time it was repulsive.
