Yeah, dragstrip isn't my thing at all, my car had 1,200 miles on it or so when I took it for the first time ever, ran a 15 flat...lol, burning through second like and idiot shifted too early into third and it bogged down! Getting locked out of third, you have a short throw? Time for some stiffen that puppy up!
 
What did I do for her lately? bought her a Roush CAI and Roush axleback. Received on-time today at the door via UPS (thanks for quick delivery AM).

Can't wait to get them on tomorrow!!

It kinda walks around on me. I think the skinnier tires are getting trapped in ruts easier than the wider tires. Also, I almost lost it into a ditch once lol. I almost missed my turn and the tires were not slowing me down adequately haha.

I dig the new wheels! (I haven't checked this thread in a while so they could be old for you, but new since I've seen your car)
I got them last Sunday in a trade. I really like them. They even came with spinners!

those are awesome, I was wondering how they would look on bullitts, you just firmed up my thinking on that!

I'm torn between that one or the Roush 9 bar. The Roush is like $200 more however.

I considered the Roush one, I really did, but once I saw this picture and realized they were practically identical, I couldn't justify it. This one should open up a lot of extra airflow across the transmission cooler and radiator.
