I went with SLP just because they were available (in stock) and not all that expensive. I don't have a clue as to which ones perform better. I didn't really do any research for the mere fact that these are not going to be on my car for very long.

It's my understanding that the ceramic ones are for non-FI setups (or below like 550hp), and metallic cats are for higher hp (racing/prolonged wot) motors. That's what the guy at Pypes told me, anyway.
