I don't know how your line is run but I use 12" of hose and loop it around to eliminate kinking.

New info. I pulled the hat off, straightened the line, had my wife turn the key to look for leaks, the pump is not coming on. I checked the fuse under the hood, it was good. I disconnected the line to the hat and had the wife turn the key to confirm there was no fuel coming out.

Any idea what to do next?

I put my buddies fpdm in mine, pump is still not coming on. For shits and giggles, i put mine in his, and it ran fine. So that rules that out.

double check that the wire did not pull out of the pump spade connector. When I pulled my stryker out one day the wire literally pulled right out of the connector. When you "key on" do you get voltage at the connector?

Worst case, if you don't want to buy a DVOM, rip the pump out of the tank then put it in a suitable container and supply a quick 12v pulse while it is on the bench.

Figured it out. So, I got nothing at the pump, nothing at the fpdm, nothing at the fuse box at what i think is the fuel pump fuse, I've seen several different locations according to different people.

According to the diagram, fuse 1, 20, 24, and 26 are the CCRM fuses, I'm only getting power at fuse # 20.

I wonder if the CCRM is bad, or would it be a wiring issue somewhere else.

Well... it sounds like you've gotten into electrical diagnosis and that would mean that it's time for me to bow out gracefully. Matt, I'm simply a ****tard with wiring so I'm out and I hope someone is able to get you fixed.
