1) price goes way down when you can weld.I can build a complete kit for MY car for under $1800 using quality parts. Been there done that...
Boost brothers kitwhat kind of turbo

68mm turbo is capable of big power, make sure your motor is ready for it.Boost brothers kit
68mm turbo

That's exactly what I was thinking. I've got a 70 and I think that's going to be stupid amounts of power for me. :crazy68mm turbo is capable of big power, make sure your motor is ready for it.
Man, $1800 to build your own. $3000 to build for others. Kinda looks like you'd be raking it it? Not sure hours needed to put in for it, though :baller:I could build you a complete kit for 3k to what ever specs you wish including retaining the a/c.
Make sure you decide what you're going to do before you invest in a turbo kit. I know the turbo would be able to be carried over, but I doubt the custom piping work would be able to. And according to JTs, you're looking at almost $1200 in that work that you wouldn't be able to carry to the V8But I won't be pushing it hard, only 6 psi max
Maybe when I do a v8 swap ill up the boost, but 6psi is going to be my max
03cristian
Nope you don't want a 68mm turbo.But I won't be pushing it hard, only 6 psi max
Maybe when I do a v8 swap ill up the boost, but 6psi is going to be my max
03cristian
Because your motor can't support 68mm turbo power for long. Why is that?
03cristian
Even at low psi?Because your motor can't support 68mm turbo power for long.
No,Even at low psi?
03cristian
Than what size should I get?No,
but it wouldn't be any fun.
Basically your X pipe gets replaced with a Y pipe since you only have a single inlet.Only reason I'd get a v8 is because it's going to be a 4v, but I need to know how the heck to keep dual exhaust
