1) price goes way down when you can weld.
2) things are simpler to build when you remove the a/c

68mm turbo is capable of big power, make sure your motor is ready for it.

Man, $1800 to build your own. $3000 to build for others. Kinda looks like you'd be raking it it? Not sure hours needed to put in for it, though :baller:
Make sure you decide what you're going to do before you invest in a turbo kit. I know the turbo would be able to be carried over, but I doubt the custom piping work would be able to. And according to JTs, you're looking at almost $1200 in that work that you wouldn't be able to carry to the V8

Only reason I'd get a v8 is because it's going to be a 4v, but I need to know how the heck to keep dual exhaust

Basically your X pipe gets replaced with a Y pipe since you only have a single inlet.
Or you could just dump it out the front bumper. :yes
