As far as highway driving, no I didn't. I was around 25mpg with them. The cams and 4.10 gears were what got me. Now I'm about 22.

Have any of you guys running charge motion delete plates noticed a drop in highway fuel economy?
A buddy of mine has them on his car along with long tubes, offroad x and stingers and he said he noticed a gain but he's not cammed and has stock gears. He did all at once so there was no way to tell which made the difference but he gained mpg's none the less

i did mine by themselfs. it actually seems like it went up a little bit if im easy on it but drops more when im hard on it.

How are you guys pulling 18mpg in city?! I'm lucky to be at 14.

no lie, i get 15 city and 18hwy (not going over 70mph) with 3.73s

i get like 27-30 highway on cold mornings if i do around 60 city sucks though like 18s.

Charge motion valves were put in our cars to tumble the air and have the fuel mix with it better at idle and low RPM's. It is to improve the burning of the fuel at low RPM's and basically make the EPA happy. So in theory you will lose some efficiency down low, which means lower mileage down low. Now at the upper RPMs they become a restriction in the air flow robbing you of potential power. So again in theory, the better efficiency up top should gain you mileage or at least more power. So overall, depending on your driving style, I think it would be a trade off and mileage would stay about the same. If here is a mileage difference I think it would be minimal.

Edit: Oh and if it makes you feel any better I average 12.5 mpg pretty consistently on every tank of gas with about a 50/50 mix freeway and city driving.
