Ok i have been having this ac pulley rattle for some time. it does it when the car is running and the a/c is off. the issue i am having is i cant keep an accesory belt for more than a week. and i can't go WOT or it slips backwards off the A/c and destroyed itself. I have a supercharger on here of course and its been a pain . im wondering if a bad pulley on the a/c can cause that belt to come off at wot ? i dont really want to spend 160 bucks on it and it fixes nothing . all of the supercharger is lined up how the book says too . but its still happening even put on new tentioner and still have the issue . this is the last thing i can think of. . thanks

be sure the pulley is working properly and is not at an incorrect angle. then just make sure the belt is very tight. if you think you need a tensioner then i would get one, just make sure the issue is not the pulley itself first.
