I have the A4's in microsuede and they've held up pretty well except for the fading of the color...

Pretty comfy too.

I've had the TRS and they were not pleasing to sit on. Very light seats though and they do look good.

I like recarro but I'm not dropping 3k on sears
are reclineable seats a requirement? I thought I wanted reclineable seats then I realized how much flex they actually have when going WOT... it may be in your best interest to stick with a fixed back. I've fallen asleep in my Corbeau Forza seats in my old mustang before a class at college, so they're definitely comfortable haha.

No it's the light and shadows along with the microsuede pattern playing tricks. Theres less than 1,200 miles in them. But yea it does look like it in the pic.Probably from my hoping in and out rubbing on it, microsuede is wierd like that see... lol

Ok good! lol The suede looks really nice and clean.

Id do black carpet and black/grey seats. The GTS II seats are nice, they look better than stock but not fast and the furious looking.

Microfiber is good for a couple years at best (if you drive your car frequently).. I had top of the line Recarro Microfiber and the **** looked terrible after two years. Next to my other BMW, that was several years older, it looked like a hot mess.

Maybe I missed it OP, but have you sat in any of the seats are you contemplating? I have been looking into a reclining seat myself but after a few trial and error I might be looking at a fixed back seat instead. I am more about the feel then how it looks but everyone has their own preference. :) I know with the fixed back its more of a PITA to get in and out.

Yea I don't really get my car out too much only when it's nice out. Guess I could use the towel trick when going long distance.

No I haven't sat in any I think I'm going to be traveling and hour or so to a place that has some in their show room. I want reclinable because neither me nor my fiancé can always sit straight up

you'd be surprised at the angle a fixed back seat will be in the car. I'd try sitting in one just to get a feel, no harm done if you don't like it but after having a car that actually puts as much g-forces through the seat as mine currently does I will never buy another reclining seat lol

can't believe everything you read. There's a reason you don't see any cars at the track running a harness bar except for the Ricers who are too cheap to buy a real cage. if you want to run a harness without a bar the only option is the Schroth DOT harnesses. but other than that, if you get a harness bar, I can't say I didn't warn you.

I'm not crazy into taking it to the track though, just on occasion
