What I did today? I tried not to light a match and set it on fire. I must have spent 15 minutes trying to put 5 gallons of gas in the stupid thing. The pump continually clicked off every few cents. The tank was only half empty when I went to fill up so maybe it's that. It never does it when I'm near a quarter.
SO glad i dont deal with that anymore

Installed my Borla Stingers today. Have to say Damn am I impressed w/ the sound. Thats what a V8 is supposed to sound like. Can't wait to get the Prochamber to see what it does to the tone. Haven't been on the highway yet so not sure about drone as some have mentioned. But driving on the street, just makes you want to puch it! When I had my V6 w/ the Pypes dual that was DRONE. Stingers, If there is a little I can handle it after the Pypes.

Had to take my car back to the dealer yesterday after hearing a horrible clunking sound and the ride being noticeably rougher after the alignment. I figured it was a tie rod that hadn't been torqued down. Just heard from the dealer and they said that it was my "lowering kit" that was making the noise.

I'm curious how I put probably 2k miles on the car with no noises at all, and suddenly I take it in for an alignment and NOW it's making noises. Of course I'm going to have to leave work early so that I can make it over there to check it out.

Dealers are ****ing stupid and blame random things on something you did wrong. Fuel pump bad? You have non-motorcraft sparkplugs.

We'll see. I'm not ruling anything out yet. This is a Roush/SVT dealer that was servicing a Ford GT the day I dropped off my car, so I'll wait to see what they say. I'm leaving my office early so I can go check it out in person. They told me they'd show me on the rack. I'm hoping it's something stupid, but I'm not so sure.

That's pretty cool. If they're legit and not just another stealership.

Pypes muffler deletes, and thats it. :naughty:

That Prius was a press car that my buddy brought down to New Orleans to pay me a visit, he was trying to save gas. I was just trying to kill it. As the video clearly shows. :)

Give Benji at tps a call. Not sure how much he would charge but he's usually pretty reasonable. that is if you really don't want to try it yourself.
Just gave them a call today. Whoever answered the phone (I don't think it was Benjy) but he said it would only take about 4 hours and the Bama tune is fine for it. Said he'd get me a quote today. Stang-Hi kept saying 5-7hrs for the install and $350 for the dyno tune or they wouldn't do the work.

That's much better. That other place was trying to rape you with no lube.
