How can I change my speedo for 4.10's?

Ok, I thought an SCT tuner would do it, but I found out it can't. I can't get a speedo gear because my 98 gt is an auto (right?). So what can I do to get the speedo set? Can someone point me in the right direction?

where? when i google it all i get is links to ebay for the $3 gears. no other tuner can change it?

only on 99+ cars.......

some 98's supposedly it'll work on, but i haven't come across one.

Very few can, if any. The reason they would work is if they dont have a speed gear in the tranny, but I have never heard of or seen on a 98. All i have ever read says there is a possiblity

same here matt...

i even talked to the mustang speed shop over here and he said that he's never scene 1. But he also said he doesn't see that much work on SN-95 4.6's. People just don't mod them as much.....or atleast they were out of the price range of kids who would mod them until recently....

i need to know where the dallas mustang chart is for gear ratios and tire sizes to input it in the speedcal, anyone have any links

but there are a lot of 16-21 year olds picking up these cars.

there cheap now. Especially if you get a good deal on them. 5 years ago my car would have cost me close to 15 grand, as apposed to the 6700 i paid in Febuary.

anybody im going from the stock 2.73 with a tire size of 245/45/17 to a 4.10 gear with tires the size of 285/40/17

good looks man thanks alot, do you have the stock ratio aswell because i use those for my winter wheels
