Pypes O/R X pipe should be delivered today! Still will be a few months before I am home to put it on :( I guess buying the parts is 90% of the battle though. I really want to do 3.90 gears but FRPP doesn't make any. I think I have decided to go with 3.73s and one day hope to put a blower on it. Most of my driving is interstate miles. If I didn't live so far from work i would do 4.10s
 
Wellll I'm not selling the stang anymore. Went to the bank and figured out loan stuff for a Jeep. I'd have a hard time building one up how I want it with what I'd have to pay for a Jeep. Looks like I'll have to try to get sone track time to make up for not being able to wheel ;)

I thought the part you edited was the part that said Epic Doucher and I thought.......that fits.

I've had a laundry list of bad luck and broken parts since march, last week I had to puta new diff in the car and drop 900 dollars that I didn't have. 4 days later it sounds like world war 3 is going on underneath my car and I'm thinking here's another expensive repair bill that I can't afford. A replacement driveshaft will only run me 20 bucks so thats the good part lol. Like I said that panhard bar wasn't pretty but it does the job, glad its working out for you. How do like how it rides? It was immediate noticeable how much more planted the car felt when I put it on.

Definately feels more planted, but it's been snowing so no corner carving for me :/

Put that short shifter at the top of your list. It's the cheapest and easiest to install. You'll want ratcheting wrenches, because 2 of the 3 hours it takes are removing and reinstalling 2 bolts that are in a snug spot. **** those things.

Up until last week I had considered selling the Stang and getting a local hot rod shop's 1976 C10 with a 454. I've since decided to stop looking and have a list going including 4.30s, Detroit Rockers, Kooks LTs with a carted X, 3" cat back, and a 6060. No timeline, but I'm glad to have a plan.

For a while it was a Saleen blower, then I was thinking Procharger, then a turbo, but I think I'll save a blower for whenever I build the motor. Hoping to do a 323 Livernois block eventually. Should be way cheaper by the time I'm ready for it.

I did. It didn't help much. I could barely fit my wrench in there, much less my huge hands. I had more trouble fitting my hands in there than my tools.

Jeeps are more addicting than cars for me, but I would be ****ing myself over to get one. my car is still under 40k, and gets me waayy better mpg than a Jeep.

Speaking of short shifters, I just purchased a FRPP one for quite a good deal off s197 ;) decided to keep the stang and 2 hours later mod fever hits again. I might be buying some cams off the same guy as well lol if he takes my lowball offer
