Im about to order a set of pypes LT's and im wondering if i should use the gaskets that they come with or the frpp gaskets? Also will i need a set of 02 sensor extensions? AM says they only come with 1 extension.

Just clean up the stock gaskets. Or get new ones. They are going to be the best.

Yup, stock is the best. I reused mine. No problems so far!

Frpp gaskets are only 15? I looked online and could only find them for 10 each so 40 total. I ended up reusing my stock ones.

Ahh, I was looking for the reg stock ford ones. Wasn't sure if those would break like I've heard others did.

For the o2 extensions I needed 3 for my pacesetters. Front drivers fit stock, but other 3 needed extensions. Not sure about the pypes though. The extensions I bought from AM came as a set, but to fit the front you need to cut the tabs off first, then they work fine. Granted I am on my 3rd revised tune, hopefully this one works, might need to just toss it on a dyno for a real tune, was hoping to wait for my cams though first.

I just cut, spliced, and soldered my O2 harnesses. When you buy extensions they are generic. You may have some slack that needs to get tied up somewhere. When you extend them yourself you can extend them to the exact length needed. Just a neater install for a few minutes of easy work.

The gaskets that are prone to fail are the included ones with some headers that are the fiber ones which I believe are Percy XX Carbon ones. They are junk and blow out. I have been running the Percy Seal-4-Good aluminum ones and as others have said the OEM gaskets work well also.

I reused my stock gaskets and they only needed to be cleaned up a little. Like boss said I would extend them your self. I spliced, soldered, heat shrunk each solder spot then taped the whole o2 took about an hour and you have the exact length you need

If you buy 02 extensions, they'll likely have some little tabs that needa be chopped off to fit also. I used extensions for my fronts (one fit, but it was a very stretched fit so I just used the extension, the other did need it) and I just cut and soldered my rears and heatshrunk em then wrapped em in electrical tape. They took a lot of heat to make them take the solder tho it was weird
