I started with installing some new TR6's on the passenger side just to get the hard part done first. That side went flawlessly. Then the driver side went the same as well. Except for the last bolt snapped, which happened to be the back bolt on the driver's side fuel rail. After many minutes of cussing, throwing tools, and neighbors looking at me like I'm stupid, I gathered my thoughts and tools back. The bolt broke flush with the manifold, so I drilled and tapped a new hole. I hope I am not the only "genius":hidinghere: that has done this "mod". For those of you that have had this happen, have you had any problems with leaking or anything else like that?

Yes I did that too along time ago before my last build, but you shouldn't have any leaking issues as long as you drilled the hole back where it was and seated the fuel rail back where it used to be.

Thank you bro, I left the fuel rail on with the front bolt tightened down so I knew it was where it needed to be before marking and drilling. I did run it afterwards to leak check and nothing. Just wanted to make sure I wouldnt see any in the future. And thank you for your service sir!!

Your welcome, You wont have any issues going forward a re-tapped bolt is just as good as a OG bolt when done properly.
