I talked to Justin about that, I was never disappointed in his tuning, it was his response time. We talked about it for awhile actually.

I'm not claiming to be the victim, even if I was played I'm still responsible for what comes out if Hypermotive.

That issue that happened two months ago I told you directly that I had no knowledge, we also told Travis that.

I'm glad you're putting yourself on a pedestal, shows how arrogant you are. I have never chased records either, has never been my thing. Look at the hundreds of companies that don't hold records. If you need those to sleep at night then good for you. You're doing the same thing to yourself as you complained about when you did nutrition, a cut throat environment.

Still never addressed the fact that YOU came to ME to mend our relationship. You took advantage, a good bit of truth about you was uncovered during this. When others tried to help (including Shaun) you tried to bash me, in the end it was none of your damn business.

Also, have you noticed that not once did I use my military or military background to pleas for forgiveness. You however uses that against me like you've always have. Just like you pay my wages? Right? We can trade places all you want, we can switch shoes and see if you can last longer than the 4 months you lasted before. We can trade experiences and see if you last. Want to talk about your championships, good job there big guy. Why don't you try to go to the places I've gone, you can't, you've tried. I don't throw around that I'm in the military the way you say I do. I basically state that Hypermotive is veteran owned and operated. Not a lot of angles to that.

On a more important note, today is a day of remembrance. I'm typically out on this day, I'll be back tomorrow.

A US MILITARY VETERAN SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE A VENDOR! GO SERVE YOUR COUNTRY AND COME BACK TO THIS SH!T. Just sayin!

What's wrong with having a side business while you're in the military? If he wants to do it, then he should have the freedom to do that. Plenty of other active duty military members have their own businesses, so why should Jay? So he should continue to serve and that's it?

I'll just say this. Jason hooked me up pretty good on a few things I wanted today since I was one of the ones effected by this whole thing. I'll always do business with Hypermotive. Their customer service is what brings me back non stop. All businesses have hiccups along the way. It's all making mistakes and LEARNING from them. Simply put.

I'm sure you talked about it. After complaining about the company, and having no where to go, you now had to tuck tail and cover yourself. Your very good at that

Again, just because you say it doesn't make it true. You had no knowledge of what was going on at SVTP, you have no knowledge of what was going on with Mike. It must be nice to never know what's going on and just sit back and collect the profits.

I'm glad you're putting yourself on a pedestal, shows how arrogant you are. I have never chased records either, has never been my thing. Look at the hundreds of companies that don't hold records. I know you are very intelligent and have 2 or 3 college degrees. You are very good at misdirection. Luckily for me, even though not college educated I have an extremely high IQ.

So lets back up. I didn't put myself on a pedestal. What I did was respond to your comment in reference to me as a business. Not me "as a person" being great.

You said that you don't use "other shops" and your working on getting a shop. I responded with whom I surround myself with as great shops with great integrity including Lund, and what we have done "As a business". You made it out to be a bad thing, and I responded in how "as a business" it was not.

By making the above post, you are trying to send this in a different direction. So, I want to make sure that it stays on track.

Still never addressed the fact that YOU came to ME to mend our relationship. You took advantage, a good bit of truth about you was uncovered during this. When others tried to help (including Shaun) you tried to bash me, in the end it was none of your damn business.
Maybe you missed this

Okay, here's my balls hanging out. Yes, I offered to mend fences "before" this stuff happened. And what was the mending fences about. Nothing I did.

I offered to mend the fences that were broken "BECAUSE YOU STOLE FROM ME". Again, your playing the victim.
So, i'll say it again. I had never mentioned your companies name to anyone. I knew about the SVTP stuff, but really didn't worry about it much until you stole my intellectual property on my Vortech / Paxton packages earlier this year. That is where the disconnect / problem with our 2 companies started. Because of your unethical business practices. It was compounded by your doings on SVTP. Again, unethical. And again, at the end of the day, I came to you. You didn't reach out to me.

You could have simply apologized for what you did.

EDIT: And it worked. By the time I was typing my reply. There are several military posts here now.

So without playing the military card, you just played it 3 times and got the solicited responses you were looking for. Again your very good at what you do.

You also could have given this day of remembrance without saying it. The fact that you say. I normally am doing a good deed on this day. But I'm not, but now I'm going to.....It's to garner sympathy. Plain and simple. You don't need to tell people of your good deeds. You let your good deeds talk for you.

I have the utmost respect for the military and any type of service that puts someone in harms way. Military, cops, fire fighters, etc... You get points for that every day of the week with me. That doesn't mean you get to keep those points if your actions don't warrant it. I didn't mention it once in here, but you couldn't not bring it up again.

The only time I mention the "military" is when it's used to say you could do no wrong. Which is simply not true.

I have a deep love for this country and what it was built upon and it's ideals. That's why with being under age and ahead a year in school and graduating early, that I asked my parents to sign for me to join the Marine Corp. That's why I signed up to be a grunt. I wanted to fight for my country. I was registered just after turning 17 during my senior year.

With football and weight lifting, I tore my knees up and was put on medical delay going in, not because I wanted to, because my recruiter / doctors wouldn't let me. After sitting for 6 months. I asked them to waive the medical and let me in against my / their doctors recommendation.

4 months in the knees went out again, and I was honorably discharged. Make no mistake. I am fully armed at the house and fully prepared to stand up for my beliefs in our country. Should this country ever be in a situation that calls for it's citizens to help, I will be one of the first standing there to do what is needed.

Funny that you would call me out for not being a patron when as young as 16 I was prepared to offer myself up.

Like I said. Most people are intelligent enough to actually step back and read facts and not opinion. That's all I ask for.

I know your an intelligent guy, you have a couple of degrees under your belt too. Your good at what you do. Misdirection. I may have grown up in a 24k house and have no college degrees. But there is a reason I graduated a year early, and a reason that the Marine Corp immediately moved me from infantry to intelligence 2 weeks after entering boot camp.

At the end of the day. Take a step back. Really take a step back and look inside your self and your business. Do what's right from here on out, and I will wish you continued success. And I mean that sincerely. Do it through hard work and not at other people's expense.

If you do actually open a physical shop, I wish you success with that too. This is a hobby, sport, business that I love. I am very passionate about it, and I love to see others with the same passion. Just do it the correct way. That's all I ask.

It's funny you get all these guys in the same place. (Mustang week house of blues on Friday night) all vendors, shops and svtp. It's like one big party.

Actually I'm very interested to see what happens next year.
