Well I have been thinking about some ideas in my head. Now I am thinking of going turbo. I am thinking of going with the on3 kit and buying a better wastegate(precision 46mm) and bov and running a precision 7675 on the car. I would be selling my supercharger setup to help fund this. I will also need to get rid of my longtubes on the car. Anybody have any good on3 install threads? I've been reading through SSG pates thread. Thanks.

There is I've seen a few. Just looking to if there was a better than most google searches that someone preferred.
 
All on3 installs seem to go differently. Some have better luck than others...I know rtv is very helpful with on3 keeps. At least for the fox bodies.

I have ran into a lot of stuff here lately so if you run into any issues hit me up. I will tell you its worth the money and time invested in it. the on3 kit with your own hard parts may or may not be the way to go. The kit is awesome but you have to remember the quality of the headers is where your money is best spent.

Ha it's good I'm learning a lot looking through it. Headers is one thing I haven't decided on yet if I do this.
 
To bad on3 didn't offer a SS header option.
 
Has anybody tried on3 kit using cg headers? From doing half my on3 first gen kit in my garage then towing it to my buddies shop. I used a lift the pipe fitment was a lot easier on the lift and pipes fit a lot better. I will say even factory turbo cars I have worked on have gaskets between they bands.
 
I bought some gaskets to go between the bands but I have not used them because they are not leaking as of yet.

I think the way the headers come down between CG and on3 Is going to be different so the rest of their piping kit wont line up with the CG.

Find someone to do a custom kit for your car and never look back.
I would love to take it to Fastlane motorsports and have a custom kit done. That just won't be in my price range haha.

How much power are you wanting to make? A PTE7675 will make more than double what you're making now (1100+whp).
I'm looking to make 650 on pump gas with potential of more down the road.

How hard are you pushing that Novi 2k right now in some of your older threads you were right at 500rwhp @11psi has anything changed since then? Are you still pushing 11psi through that thing and how capable is the Novi 2k in relation to your 650 hp goal? Would it be maxed around that number since the key statement in there potential of more down the road.

I'm still barely pushing the novi 2k at about 11lbs right now. It'll be maxed down the road at about 650. If I want more than that I'll have to upgrade to a new blower. If I don't go tuebo I will be doing a fuel system and more boost to push this novi 2k and see what it'll do.

Ide push that NOVI to see what it will do before doing anything else. If your not happy with the end results then I would swap over.
