High 600 to mid 700 . Two tunes one on 93 with meth, and other on race gas

Those are good injectors, SSG on here is using them on his turbo build.

I've got some on order for the build I'm working on now.

One issue on these injectors, be careful as there are chinese copies of these injectors on the market and they suck.

I wouldn't go for any ebay versions of these injectors, only buy them from legitimate vendors. Be suspect of any price less than $370. or so for a set of 8.

Keep in mind you want to stay around 80% duty cycle max as well. I know 670hp (at the flywheel) on 40lbs fuel pressure pushes those injectors right up to 80% much more than that! and you have a couple choices to make.

If you're set up with a manual regulator, then you can bump up the fuel pressure to make the injectors "act bigger"

Going larger on injectors

Or you could always push your luck with running high duty cycle, just remember that when you go above 80% you're going to keep them firing longer! and off a shorter period of time, so injector life will suffer ultimately.

This is all assuming you're running e10 pump gas, and are boosted with a bsfc of around .55.

Also keep in mind that different race fuels will have different stoichiometric ratios. (IE e85 requires much more fuel to make the same power) . So to run the amount of fuel you need to for certain fuels may not be feasible for those injectors. You'll have to do your research on the race fuels.

Those are 80 pound injectors. The formular I found says they will support 930 fwhp at 80% duty cycle.
80x.8/.55 x8 = 930.9 fwhp. I will they will handle high 600 to mid 700 no problem? Unless my math or formular is wrong

On pump gas yes, on e85 no. On certain race fuels no.

And my apologies, I swear I thought I read 60 lbs lol

I run those injectors and on E-85 was making over 600RWHP and had plenty of room in my fuel system. I was told they would support north of 800RWHP on E-85 and 1000 on regular fuel.

Really? Are the calculators really that far off? Lol they even teach us that in school. :headscratcher:

I suppose they are because there are a lot of us making alot of power with the 80's. well see how far they go with my new found power here in a couple weeks.

You'll have to keep me posted on that. Are you still running oe spec fuel pressure?

My base pressure was around 39PSI and then went up when the boost increased.

I ran 80lb injectors at 60psi base pressure. Was making over 700rw with E85.
I run my 1000cc injectors at 60psi also.
Just have to have a fuel pump that'll keep.
GM stock feul pressure is 58psi and the gm crowd runs the same injectors.

Are you back running twin 044s ?
