I got my 94-95 spindles and I'm doingt the left side. I read that I need spacers to lift the spindle a bit. No one said how many spacers are needed. Or how much higher it needs to be lifted. Also, I just did a trial run to see how the wheels would look and if it'll rub any. Problem is the strut mounting holes won't line up. Does anyone have a DIY thread? Pics? A list of items needed for this swap? Also what fitting I will need to use the right side brake line?

Its not the spindle that needs to be raised up. The ball joints are longer on a fox so you need a spacer to take up the extra room so that the nut can be tightened down. I have a picture ill post in a min

One per side

Difference in ball joint height

Spacer

Heres a link to buy the spacers if you choose not to use HARDEN washers

The sn brake lines are different, and wont hook up to the fox hard lines from what im remembering You can get the brake lines i got or use an adapter. Plus ss brake lines dont let the brake hose expand which should give a little better stopping power.

Adapter
MM Brake fitting adapter, 1994-04 Mustang brakes on FOX [MMBAK-4] : Maximum Motorsports, the Latemodel Mustang Performance Suspension Leader!

Or brake lines
MM Stainless Brake Hose Kit, 1979-93 Mustang with SN95 calipers, front [MMBK8F] : Maximum Motorsports, the Latemodel Mustang Performance Suspension Leader!

The struts bolted right up. But youll have to spin your tie rods out for them to reach the spindles

Will the 84' rear drum back plate bolt right up to my 92? I'm getting the rear swap tomorrow. The seller had it in his 84'. The ranger axles and the whole nine. Just need to bolt up to mine. Will it fit?
