I didn't really get into cars until I bought my first mustang when I was 19.

 

Project stolen goods was the motivation behind my first build and ended up building my LX instead. Went with the same fr500s and everything, if you look at my engine bay, I even copied that lol. I started at 19 as well

My dad left the car scene in 74 when he sold his 70 Roadrunner to put a down payment on a house. He's more into fishing now. If he rides in my car and I get on it, he almost looks like he's gonna **** himself. So I'm pretty sure he's not gonna get back in it. If he did, it would just be a cruiser, lol. I'd like to find one for him for when he retires here soon, but Roadrunner's are spendy, and I'm not sure he'd part with the cash.

 

Haha, I want to do that for my old man too..It would be cool if he came home one day and I had the SAME challenger he had back in the day...

If he doesn't wanna part with the money, just buy it for him

I have a Cobra rear spoiler for the rear hatch if you are gone to be looking to buy one. $175

 

Whats your plan, for fixing your cowl, it looks like your hood came up and smacked it, are you going to drill the spot welds out and replace the panel, or are going to try and pull the damage out and use bondo ?

Just remember if you go the bondo route, dont make it to thick, or it will crack, and you dont want it to crack after getting a nice paint job.

 

Actually the only cobra part i have is the spoiler. Cowl im not sure body shops gonna do that so probaly spot weld
