maybe a bad O2 sensor :shiftyeyes or coil, or any ignition part, or bad gas, or faulty MAF, im not sure of anything else.

 

The fact that it's only one side usually says something. Vacuum leaks and MAF problems usually affect both sides.

My best guess would be an exhaust leak on that side or a bad O2 sensor. You could try swapping sensors side to side and see if the code changes to the other side.

yea true, i would hate to start replacing hundreds of dollars of parts and still not get it right. it could even be a bad fuel injector, but i am guessing that it is just a bad O2 sensor.

 

i should know this but what side is bank1 and bank2? i have no rear 02's its def the front sensor. im going to try to switch the sides and see if the code follows.

 

Bank 1 is the bank with cyl 1... Passenger side I believe.
