I am lost on the idea of buying a handheld tuner. I know that they are great and add power. But i dont understand what happens when u get into the high end upgrades such as nos, sc, turbo, heads, and cam. When u get ur car dyno tuned doesnt that tune just go on instead of the tune in ur handheld tuner? I am not sure on all of this that is why i am asking for ur guys help. I just dont know if i should waste the money for the tuner, since i am going to be doing a cam and some head work this winter so i will be getting my car dyno tuned.

they can upload tunes to the tuners. so say you have one really agressive tune that sucks gas for racing or w/e.. and another for just dirving around town for fun. they can put that on your hand held tuner so you can switch back and forth between what you want for that day.
the hand hell tuner just gives you the ability to switch stuf fyourself, rather than having to go to the dyno all the time.

Ok. Thanks. I was wondering if they could do that. I figured I would just make sure before i go out and buy one. I think i am going to get one now too.
yeah they are great and when you get to the dynotune point they will send you the tune file which you load on the tuner and can use anytime
