Ok, so i recently bought a 95 cobra with around 100,000 give or take 3,000. The motor was replaced. It has MSD coil, racing wires, and a short throw shifter. Thats it, other than that its bone stock. It is kind of slow for being a cobra. So what i want to do is get it up to 280 rwhp. And if i dynoed it, it would probably be around 215-220. So 60 hp.
Things i want to do:
- cold air intake
- headers, full exhaust
- performance chip
- a couple others
What are some things you think i should do, or shouldn't do. I would like to keep it relatively cheap. If i added those few things right there what do you think I would be looking at to the wheels?
- and are bigger throttle bodies worth the money.
Thanks -chris

a power adder is a power adder there scooter. has any one read this months 5.0 mag or muscle mustang? the tested the pro comp heads, paid 5 or 600 for a set of aluminum heads and made great power. other than heads cam or power adder you wont make it there, plus 1 on the gears though.

There are alot of different ways to make your car faster. It really depends on your budget & goals on which way to go. Full exhaust, CAI & gears is a good start. I believe the Cobras come with 3.55 gears already so I would go with 3.90 or 4.10s. Also some suspension mods like rear upper & lower control arms will help alot.
