150 for now, tryin to decide on second stage. if i wait on the second stage, i will just go up in shot later in season. i might go ahead on 175 if i just want more than 150, i will do 200 if the car dont run what i want it to.

Setup is looking awesome! What is your favorite kit so far?

 

favorite is zex so far. i ran that on 150 but it was freaking 37 degrees and was having a hard time launching. i am going to get a set of skinnies, and hopefully a warmer day so i can get some traction to launch. i try to get a few other things here and there as well.

this install was a pain, i was running short on wire and had to be smart on how i used my wire.

thanks, still contemlating on a second stage. i personally dont think this set up hit as hard as my last set up (zex box and n/x plate).

 

what did you do with your nx plate, and why did you get away from it?

 

i sold the plate, for 2 reasons. 1- i hated it 2- doc's mach broke, i sold it to cover some expenses for it. i originally planned on going back to a zex set up, but i ran across the deal on this NOS set up and couldnt pass it up.

 

I was debating on switching from a nozzle to a plate, what didn't you like about it?

 

jet changes
mounting the egr back on plenum
tps, iac, wires are almost too short bacause all the hook ups are higher
top of plenum always getting black from hood insulation
