Hey guys im fixing to have headers installed on my stock 14 auto. The shop is about 3 min away from my house. my question is, will I be able to drive the car from the shop to my garage without a tune? it wont be driven again until i get the tune put on it and it wont go over 40 MPH (speed limit on the road my house and the shop are on. Thanks guys

you don't need a tune with headers on these cars u will be fine. the car might stall at idle though don't worry about it

i installed headers on mine and shaun at aed said he doesn't change anything in his tunes.

Yes, headers do not require a tune despite what some might think. If you're going to ditch the cats with the headers then at some point you would need a tune.

Ditching the cats, you only need a tune to keep the cel off and keep the car from dumping fuel to cool the cats that aren't there.
