These are a few parts that I am looking at right now. I was wondering if anyone here was using them and would like to give some insight.
Are there any gains to expect with these? I was thinking about better gas mileage and throttle response.

As far as the Screamn' Demon coil goes there have been many failures and most of the guys have found them to be no better that the stock coil and on top of that the spacing of the posts is not equal making the wires not fit as well as the stock evenly spaced coil. Save your money on that part...

Iridium sparkplugs are also a waste of money IMO but to each his own on that subject. I just run Autolite Copper Core 5143 in my 4.0 V6 and they work just fine and last plenty long considering they are very inexpensive. I usually change them at around 30,000 miles or so just for grin but they usually still look just fine at that mileage.

To those running wider than stock gaps with the SD coil pack. You could also do this with the stock coil when installing new sparkplugs. They will run fine for a while but as time goes on will develop a miss just as the SD will. Myself and others have tested this quite thoroughly.

Update:
WOW!! I just check the link you provided. $70.00 for six sparkplugs. No way in hell man. No way! You can get the Autolites for less than 10 bucks and you will not notice any difference at all!

Do you guys recommend anything? Or just stay away from this part of the car?
