i agree with army. gt40p are gay. u should've went with the gt40's! :dunce:

 

Gt40p heads are nice heads but why do you wanna go with such a big cam that won't even see its potential thru those small heads.
Get the tfs spring kit good for .550 which is enough for those heads in my opinion
N41 cam I believe only lifts about .512

 

I don't think over ever seen gt40ps flow enough at .600 lift to justify using a cam like that.

 

Where did he say what cam he was using? I used those springs, they are quality.

 

He never did. But they're "good to .600 lift" and I'm saying I haven't seen gt40ps that would benefit from something like that is all. I usually match springs to my cam...Not get springs and then a cam.

 

I got my gt40p heads, then I got a nice can from camtech 512 lift, 222deg@50 so with cobra roller rockers it will be 557 lift I've been looking at these springs I just a bit worried about quality can anyone tell me if they are any good thanks
