Running rich...need advice

Ok, so last fall I ugraded my rockers from stock to full roller rockers on my '82 GT. Everything else is the same but now it seems to be running really rich and it fouled out the plugs today just from idling in the garage for a few minutes. I was using autolite 26 plugs and they seemed just about right but now since the roller rocker upgrade, everything has changed. Would just that upgrade affect the fuel demands? I'm not sure if I now need to jet down or get hotter plugs.

It hasn't been on the road yet, since the work was done. I went out today, since it was nice out for a change to start it up and get it running since it sat all winter. I'm getting it ready for racing season soon.

Could have possibly blown a power valve in the Holley carb. This is very common and will cause it to run rich. The rockers won't effect anything.

I'm going to say the gas went bad after sitting, and one of the floats are kinda sticking. Try to run it up in the rpm's a little, for a few minutes, and see if it will clear up.
