SCT X3 Issue Please Help!

Hey everyone,

I have downloaded the SCT Device updater on my Laptop & when I open the program, it states "please connect the tuner & press ok". I have connected the tuner through the USB & have tried all ports & even downloaded updater on my desktop. NOOO LUCK :facepalm::facepalm:

Please help ANYONE.

ps: I have googled it so please no negative comments just trying to get through this

i have tried this with no success. now when I plug in the usb to a certain port my whole screen turns blue with a warning & resets my computer.
