I also abhor the gt spoiler.. which i have. cant wait to get a GT500 i hate that space between the trunk and spoiler it drives me crazy. everytime i look at my car

On a car that's a beast like Boss's that wing works. However, on a car that's mildly modded, I think its a little too much. I would not call it rice, but definitely functional and if your car doesn't go fast enough to "use" it, I would not do it. Again, just my opinion.

Here is a classy wing but I think it has to have the ducktail to make it work.

I just don't like that kind of spoiler. Whether it's functional or not I really don't like the look. The way I see it if you have one of those style wings, it better be functional and you better auto cross the **** out of it. iRoush's car is an example of when it's acceptable.

That looks good on yours boss .....it fits your style of car
Thanks bro. It's not currently on the car now though.

Which one is that boss? I really like it.
It's the Steeda wing. They have a Street and Race wing, that is the Street wing. I think they use the Race wing in that Mustang racing series. It's sitting on my bench in the garage, needs to be sanded and repainted, but if you like it, I might sell it.

Thanks boss but I'll pass it's a little too ricer wing to me
Yeah it's a bit on the rice side and I have issues fighting that stereotype anyways. lol. I think once I do the hood the way I want to, I can put it back on and it won't even be noticed.

Actually it is pretty functional too though. Supposed to be the most amount of downforce with the least amount of drag.

Take er off, get some plugs (like $0.50), sand them down, paint them with matching touch up, seal with silicone. Cant even tell. And since you have black probably wont even need any touch up or sanding if you get black plugs. But I think it blends best this way. I was doing this to mine until I found out there was some clear coat damage under my spoiler so I didnt feel like dealing with it and left it.

I like them without the spoilers. Funny thing is that when the S197 came out, I liked the spoiler. After I bought my Bullitt, I began to appriciate the spolierless S197.

I agree juco bout the hood scoops and these stupid wanna be stock wings ....,, I like the gt500 and the new 4 pedestal wing ....

I want the 2.5" cowl hood

Get rid of it, I took mine off and my car isnt even on the road yet. Thats how much I hated it, they look so much cleaner with out them.

3M adhesive remover goes through that glue like a hot knife through butter. I will never use goo gone again after using that stuff.

Tomorrow when it's light out I'll take some, it's too dark now
Woo! :D

Also, I didn't like my spoiler... but I just dipped it to help hide it... :lol

Sadly, that wouldn't really work with you... yours is already black so it would only add a "ghost" effect... :dunno
