Drove to Chicago and picked up a Terminator hood car goes in for paint as soon as it stops being rainy and poopy outside.

Rolled with the imports today. Stuck right behind the 350z and supercharged s2k through 65 miles of twisties. That **** was a blast. The kid in the WRX behind me was impressed with how hard my car pulled. lol

she sure is lol. Come a long way since I first got it. The hood was spur of the moment. Guy texted me last night at 2am while I was at work said he had the hood, friend of a friend said i wanted one, said If i met him in Chicago by 8am I could have the hood for a steal price. So I got home from work at 4am, took my hood off, picked up a friend and off we went to pick her up 3 hours away. Price ended up being $300. It's an OEM hood, PERFECT fit. Nothing fits better than OEM. I'm very satisfied with it. Paint is flawless on it, sad I have to cover it up with the Orange lol. But i'm doing plastidip so it can always be peeled off lol. After picking the hood up, drove around chicago for awhile and met up with some locals and had some fun. Just now finally got home.

Best part of the story is getting pulled over 20 minutes after leaving.. I ordered new personalized plates (YSOSLOW) and have a temp plate on the car, cant see it through my Limo tint in the rear though. Cop was just checking it out. Never even noticed I had no hood on or cared to say anything about it. Or the fact that I had my pistol sitting on my side next to me in my garbage slot.

God help me, I'm turning into Mach stang by posting daily photos now.

On my way to dinner tonight, couldn't help myself.

Then snapped some shots on my way to dinner.

Also, did a test spot on the back passenger side wheel to get rid of some curb rash on the Bullitts. It was one of like two flaws with the car when I bought it. Came out pretty good. I need a dremel to go back and get the couple real deep spots, but I dry sanded 320, dry sanded 1000, wet sanded 1000, dry sanded 2000, wet sanded 2000, and then polished.

It's actually completely unnoticeable in a few spots. You can see the deeper gashes still, but for the most part, they're gone.
